Site work for a water / sewer project in Downers Grove, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The proposed construction consists of installation of approximately 975 lineal feet of dual-pipe, 10-inch sanitary force main and other miscellaneous items of work. Total length of proposed 10-inch sanitary force main pipe is approximately 1,950 lineal feet. Information for Bidders. The completed and signed Request for Qualification documents will be reviewed and approved on a rolling basis and must be submitted to Shane Firsching at sfirsching@baxterwoodman.com no later than 5:00 P.M. on Friday, April 19, 2024. Only prequalified Bidders may purchase Bidding Documents and submit Bids. Pre-Qualification: Yes All Bids must be accompanied by a Bidder's bond, certified check, bank cashier's check or bank draft payable to the Downers Grove Sanitary District for ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Bid as provided in the Bidder Instructions. The Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive technicalities.
