Description of Work: the Project is Described as Stream Re-meandering, Grading and Excavation, Erosion Control, Streambank Stabilization, Wetland Enhancement, Riprap Placement, Drainage Improvements, and Restoration With Native Vegetation in Algonquin, Illinois Bid Security: All Bid Proposals Must Be Accompanied by a Bid Bond, Certified Check, or Bank Cashier's Check Payable to the Village of Algonquin for 5% of the Amount of the Base Bid as Provided in the Bidding Documents. No Proposals or Bids Will Be Considered Unless Accompanied by Such Bond or Check. All Contractors and Subcontractors Rendering Services Under This Contract Must Comply With All Requirements of the Act, Including by Not Limited to, All Wage Requirements and Notice and Record Keeping Duties.
