Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Algonquin, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
The scope of work involves furnishing all of the required labor, materials, equipment, implements, parts and supplies necessary for, or appurtenant to, removal/haul away of old flooring, cove base and rubber stair treads. Patching and filling blemishes on floor. Shaw floor Pro Endura Plus, 4" vinyl cove base with adhesive, white base shoe, Flexco rubber circled stair treads with metal stair nose and low-profile transitions. Work to include main entrance to first set of stairs, lower hallway, back hallway, back staircase and viewing area. Work must be performed within the time frame most conducive with Racket Club operations; starting August 12, 2024 and completed by August 18, 2024 All proposals must be accompanied by a Bidder's Bond, a Certified Check, Cashier Check or Bank Draft for 10% (ten percent) of the total bid made payable to the Crystal Lake Park District. Each bid shall also include three (3) references of clients for which similar work was performed, listing the name, address and telephone number of the client, a description of the work, and the construction cost. The Crystal Lake Park District reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive technicalities.
