The City of Manistee (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Ramsdell Pillar Rehabilitation 12645523-172 The Project includes the following Work: Rehabilitation of pillars and pilasters on the front of the Historic Ramsdell Theater in Manistee, Michigan. Paint removal and concrete forming/repair are included in the project. The Contractor is responsible for ensuring all addendums have been received and acknowledged prior to submittal of the bid. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. No bids received.
