HVAC Control Upgrades Question Cuttoff Date & Time 5/2/2024 05:00:00 PM (ET) The buildings owned and operated by Coconino County include a variety of HVAC systems that are under consideration for equipment renewals and replacements. To better comprehend the existing conditions Facility Condition Assessments (FCAs) were performed in select buildings. Five buildings were targeted for in-person assessments. The remaining four were earmarked for assessment of the Building Automation System (BAS) only .It should be noted that these assessments include considerations for non-HVAC systems as well, namely the Electrical and Structural. Replacement of the existing boiler, pumps and the associated components of the heating water system within the existing mechanical room. -This project will seek to replace the existing HVAC controls infrastructure in the identified facilities improving uniformity across the properties in their controls systems' interface, graphics, and logic. Generally, these improvements involve replacing the building's network controllers, equipment controllers, sensors, and other control devices. Coconino County will replace aging HVAC controls infrastructure in five (5) of its facilities, these include: a. The Administration Building, 219 East Cherry Avenue, Flagstaff. b. The General Services Building, 110 East Cherry Avenue, Flagstaff. c. The King Street Campus, 2625 N. King St, Flagstaff. d.
