The Successful Bidder Is Required To Furnish A Bond For The Faithful Performance Of The Contract In A Sum Of Not Less Than One Hundred Percent (100%) Of The Total Bid Price For The Complete Work, Said Bond To Be That Of An Approved Surety Company Authorized To Transact Business In The State Of Ohio Meeting The Requirements Of The O.r.c. Section 153.54. The Village Of Valley View Reserves The Right To Reject Any And All Bids, To Waive Any Informalities Or Irregularities In The Bids Received And To Accept Any Bid Which It Deems Most Favorable, And To Disregard All Non-conforming, Incomplete Or Conditional Bids Or Counter Proposals; And To Conduct Investigations To Assist In The Evaluation Of Any Bid So As To Establish Qualifications, Responsibility And Financial Ability Of The Contractor Or Sub-constructor To Complete The Work In Accordance With The Contract Documents To The Villages' Satisfaction Within The Prescribed Time.
