Work Included: This Section describes the project in general, and provides an overview of the extent of the work to be performed under this Contract. Work includes, but is not limited to, mobilization, excavation, embankment, placement of road materials, compaction, culvert replacement (if needed), temporary asphalt patching, sod stabilization, maintenance of traffic, and other general roadway work. Detailed requirements and extent of work is stated in the applicable Specification sections and shown on the Contract Drawings. The Contractor shall, except as otherwise specifically Question Deadline 04/26/2024 at 2:00 PM ET stated herein or in any applicable parts of the Contract Documents, provide and pay for all labor, materials, equipment, tools, construction equipment, and other facilities and services necessary for proper execution, testing, and completion of the work under this Contract.
