This project includes painting the interior and exterior of one (1) elevated water storage tank (CARL SPICER TANK) 250,000 gallons capacity based on complete removal of existing interior and exterior coatings and applying stripe coat, prime coat, intermediate coat, and finish coat on interior and exterior of tank. The scope of work includes installation of a new mixer in this tank, complete with electrical service for the mixer. Construction is expected to start June 2024 and complete November 1, 2024. *The bid list for this project may be incomplete. The contract work provides for furnishing all materials, labor, and equipment as required to: PAINT ONE (1) 250,000 GALLON MULTICOLUMN ELEVATED WATER STORAGE TANK KNOWN AS THE "CARL SPICER TANK" located on Ridge Acres Drive immediately south of Ridge Acres Drive and approximately 1,700 feet south of the intersection of Ridge Acres Drive and Peoga Road. Completed project shall provide unit prices for the various classifications of work shown on the itemized proposals. Base Bid shall be for painting interior and exterior of one (1) 250,000-gallon multicolumn elevated water storage tank.
