Notice is hereby given that the City of Kenmore, Washington seeks Statement of Qualification (SOQ) proposals in response to this Request for Qualifications As part of the City of Kenmore's Climate Action Plan, the development of an Electric Vehicle (EV) Infrastructure Plan has been identified as an implementation item. The purchase and use of EVs has become increasingly popular and requires added infrastructure to support this shift as well as future demand. An EV Infrastructure Plan would allow for short- and long-term strategic planning of EV charger placement, while taking into account proximity to other chargers, high-volume/traffic areas, potential partnerships with commercial property owners, community input, among other factors. The City reserves the right to change the solicitation schedule or issue amendments to the solicitation at any time. The City reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to waive immaterial irregularities contained in the solicitation. The City reserves the right to refrain from contracting with any respondent. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Proposals shall be submitted to City of Kenmore via e-mail to bids@kenmorewa.gov. Proposals submitted after the due date and time will not be considered.
