Renovation of an educational facility in Rochester Hills, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Oakland University is soliciting proposals for contractor to furnish and install ductwork at Meadow Brook Hall Tent. o Furnish and install approximately 100' of exterior insulated supply and return ductwork from (2) existing RTU. to the nearby tent o Supply air duct will be terminated inside the tent o The duct will be fabricated to allow a connection to a 36 inch diameter duck sock, The duck sock will be provided by the customer o Provide new insulation and jacket, insulation on inside of ductwork per code o Return air duct will run to a new central return o Price includes ductwork, supports, grill, clean up, debris, permits, taxes that are not allowable for tax exempt status of OU o All work to be completed by April 25, 2024 o Prevailing Wage and insurance requirements to be met
