The Chicago Park District ("CPD") seeks services for the development of a public restroom building and invites members of the Pre-Qualified Pool-General contractor Services (New Construction/Renovation category) to submit proposals in response to this RFP. Park 580 was constructed in 2019 and features a multi-sport artificial turf combination soccer and baseball field, stadium seating, parking and passive greens space. The park supports athletics and recreation for the Dunning community and serves as the home field for several local high school teams as well as hosting private club sports. This project will provide the community with a public restroom building including storage areas, utility space and a prefabricated press box. The public restroom building will require upgrades to existing utilities and be located behind the existing stadium seating. Please be advised that payment and performance bonds may be required for this project.
