Clarification Deadline 4/17/2024 2:00 Pm All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bid Documents must be submitted to the City Procure Ware website Bids must be enclosed in an opaque sealed envelope and plainly marked with the name of the Project Title The Lead Hazard Reduction and Healthy Homes Intervention 121 Hillside Avenue and shall contain the name and address of the Bidder on the envelope. Sign in at the meeting is mandatory for those wishing to submit a proposal. Each Bid shall be submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. All bids in excess of $50,000.00 be accompanied by a Bid Security in the amount often (10) percent of the Total Bid Price. The Bidder to whom a contract is offered, must furnish to the City, if that contract has a total cost greater than $50,000, a 100 percent Performance Bond with a surety company acceptable to the City and in a form acceptable to the City. In the City's sole discretion, it may also require a 100 percent Payment Bond and/or other additional security with a surety acceptable to the City and in a form acceptable to the City. One original (clearly identified as such) and one (1 ) paper copy of the Bid, as well as a copy of the original Bid in pdf format on a CD or flash drive, must be received at the following address no later than 10:30 AM on April 23, 2024 (no Bids received after that time shall be considered): The name and address to which communications regarding the Bid are to be directed shall be shown.
