Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Marco Island, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The City of Marco Island is soliciting bids to replace existing canal interconnect culverts and storm water inlet structures under San Marco Rd. and through existing drainage easements between homes. The work includes but is not limited to, removal of existing storm structures and seawall panels, supplying and installing canal interconnect pipes using jack-and-bore and open-cut methods, supplying and installing seawall panels with openings for the new interconnect pipes, dewatering, turbidity control, excavating, back filling, and restoration. The work involves paving, sidewalk construction, striping, and site restoration. Respondent is hereby notified that Section 287.05701, Florida Statutes, requires that the Owner may not request documentation of or consider a vendor's social, political, or ideological interests when determining if the vendor is a responsible vendor.
