Site work for a mixed-use development in Morgantown, West Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility; and water / sewer project.
West Virginia University on behalf of its Board of Governors (BOG) located in Morgantown, West Virginia (WVU or University) is initiating this Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit proposals from qualified, experienced, and licensed firms to relace the horizontal sanitary piping in Brooke Tower Residence Hall serving the resident and public restrooms. WVU intends to use the Construction Manager (CM) at Risk project delivery method to allow for early CM involvement to assist in developing the design and obtaining market pricing allowing the scope and budget to align throughout the process. Construction Start: August 2024 Substantial Completion: June 2025 Final Completion: July 2025 Question Deadline 04/19/2024 at 12:00 PM ET The University reserves the right at its sole discretion to reject any and all Proposals received without penalty and not to issue a contract as a result of this RFP
