Site work for a water / sewer project in Port Angeles, Washington. Working plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The work includes the improvement of irrigation infrastructure along McDonald Creek upstream (south) of the Highway l O1 crossing and restoration of approximately 190 feet of the McDonald Creek stream channel to improve fish passage and habitat conditions and ensure reliability of water supply for irrigation. The project will improve water supply to a portion of the Agnew Irrigation District delivery system that is currently served through a diversion on McDonald Creek approximately 450 feet upstream of Highway 101. Clallam County will determine the lowest responsible bidder in accordance with the terms of Clallam County Code Section 3.12.070 and reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities in the process, or to accept the bid which in its estimation best serves the interests of Clallam County. Clallam County, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 USC 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, national origin, or sex in consideration for an award.
