The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. This project is to install a Public Works & Utilities Decant Facility which consists of a concrete settling bay with a pre-engineering metal roof. Work consists of tree clearing, site grubbing, grading, utility installation, cast in place concrete installation, and building erection. All questions shall be submitted no later than 5:00 PM, Tuesday, April 2, 2024, in writing to Lucio Baack, Project Manager, at lbaack@cityofpa.us.
