Three phase pad-mounted transformers purchase 500kVA - 1000 kVA 480/277 volts and 500 kVA 280/120 volts three phase pad-mounted transformers. The Invitation to Bid is released by the City of Port Angeles Public Works and Utilities Department, which shall act as sole point of contact for administration of the bidding. All questions should be sent via email to Lucy Hanley, Contract Specialist at contracts@cityofpa.us. To pay liquidated damages in the amount of $12.50 for each working day beyond the number of working days established for physical delivery of the equipment/material. The City of Port Angeles (hereafter "City") reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive minor irregularities in the bidding process. Subject to the foregoing, the Contract may be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder.
