Contact Joe Bazzoli, Senior Project Manager by e-mail at: joe@studioplusarchitects.com The scope of work consists of: removal of the existing concrete deck curb overhang and installation of a pvc deck edge around the perimeter of the Lap Pool - and the installation of a pvc pool liner in the Lap Pool - along with the standard patch - repair - and prep work of the existing concrete substrates for full membrane adhesion in order to provide a fully warrantied system. The local agency hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement - disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race - political affiliation - religion - gender - age - sexual orientation - disabilities - or any other protected status in consideration of an award. Preliminary Construction Estimate is: $144000. Contract Time: To be completed within 30 calendar days from N.T.P. for on-site construction. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount is required. The City of Pullman reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.
