This project consists of constructing approximately 1 - 200 linear feet of 12-foot wide hot mix asphalt (HMA) path along Terre View Drive from Merman Drive to North Fairway Road and approximately 890 linear feet of 12-foot wide HMA path along Crestview Street from Grand Avenue to Thompson Street in Pullman - Washington. Associated project work includes constructing 2 - 095 linear feet of curb and gutter - 305 square yards of sidewalk - 2 - 420 square feet of modular block retaining wall - 935 linear feet of pedestrian railing - and two (2) rectangular rapid flashing beacon (RRFB) solar pedestrian crossing systems. Other miscellaneous related work includes - but is not limited to - minor storm sewer system modifications - existing fire hydrant relocation - utility cover adjustments - relocation and installation of permanent signage - and pavement striping. A certified check - bid bond - or cashier's check in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid must accompany the proposal.
