Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Pullman, Washington. Conceptual plans call for the addition of a clubhouse / community center; for the demolition of a clubhouse / community center; for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center; and for site work for a clubhouse / community center.

As of October 1, 2025, bids received were rejected. Project will not be rebid. Project Scope: Expand existing indoor golf practice facility with a 375 sq ft addition to face of building. Addition to include storage area - vestibule - and restroom. Refer to the project drawings and specifications for complete scope of work. Bid Estimate: $320 - 000-$340 - 000 Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids received. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The responsibility of bidder and its subcontractors will be considered in making the award. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities advantageous to Owner and/or the protection of the public interest Expand existing indoor golf practice facility with a 375 sq ft addition to face of building. Addition to include storage area, vestibule, and restroom. Refer to the attached project drawings and specifications. Contract Time shall be 180 days from Notice to Proceed. Proposals MUST BE based on this contract time. Bid Alternates, Allowances, and Unit Prices adjust the Project scope by adding, deleting, or modifying specific parts of the Work as stated hereinafter Allowances may be included in the Contract Sum due to uncertainty in scope, price and/or quantity at the time this Agreement is executed. Whenever actual costs are more or less than an allowance, the Contract Sum will be appropriately adjusted. Contractor must provide Owner with written notice of its intent to expend an allowance amount (providing Owner with the opportunity to approve or reject the cost) before expending an allowance amount.
