As of January 29, 2025, this project has been cancelled. Previous solicitation listed below for reference: The Port of Whitman County (Port) is seeking responses from consultants or consultant teams to complete the architectural and engineering design for the development of a 12,000 square foot (sf) industrial building that will be the future location of Hunga Dunga Brewing's production and restaurant facility. The project site location is Lot 4 in the Port of Whitman County's Pullman Industrial Park. The project will consist of designing the necessary ingress/egress from the city-owned street, parking, grading, utilities, building shell construction, HVAC, plumbing, gas, electrical, stormwater and all related permitting. All design and approvals shall meet the City of Pullman and State of Washington codes and standards. The primary deliverable is bid documents with all associated permitting completed for bidding in May 2024. Funding for the entire project is provided by the Community Economic Revitalization Board (CERB) and the Port of Whitman County.
