Demolition, site work, paving and addition to a mixed-use development in Chesapeake, Virginia. Completed plans call for the addition of a playground / park / athletic field; for the demolition of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
**As of July 8, 2024, project was awarded to Tazewell Contracting but awarded amount is not available.** The Work under this Project consists of demolition of the existing ranger station and activity building and replacement thereof with a new combined ranger station and activity building and outdoor deck area, including (without limitation) new waterline connection, new onsite lift station and septic tank, micro-bioretention facilities for stormwater treatment, rehabilitation of existing dry fire hydrant, paving, parking, and pedestrian connectivity.
