Naval Computer and Telecommunications Area Master Station, Atlantic (NCTAMSLANT) has a requirement for Scheduled Preventative Battery Maintenance to be conducted on Uninterruptable Power Source (UPS) batteries and back-up generator batteries. This Preventative Maintenance (PM) is to be conducted on a quarterly, semi-annual and annual basis on UPS unit battery systems and back-up generator batteries located at NCTAMSLANT Norfolk, Naval Satellite Communication Facility (NSCF) Northwest and Mobile User Objective System (MUOS). 3.1 Location of Performance The site addresses for the UPS units and the generators are listed as followed. 3.1.1 Norfolk Site NCTAMSLANT Bldg.
