The Project includes the following Work: Base Bid Scope of Work will consist of installation of an underground detention system underneath the parking lot surrounded by Harrison Avenue, South 11th Street, and Tyler Avenue. Items or Work in the Base Bid also include, but is not limited to, reconstruction of the parking lot, drainage improvements, street reconstruction of Harrison Avenue, South 11th Street, and Tyler Avenue. Additive Alternate Scope of Work will consist of construction of a dumpster enclosure and raised platforms on the rears of four businesses on the north side of Harrison Avenue. The City of Oxford reserves the right to waive any irregularities and to reject any and all bids if considered not in the best interest of the City of Oxford, Mississippi.
