Site work and paving for a road / highway in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
2024 Road Resurfacing Program The project generally comprises of milling and overlay of approximately 10,000 L.F of Township roadways, line painting, traffic loop reinstatement, and restoration of areas disturbed by construction. The Work will be performed under one Contract as follows: GENERAL CONSTRUCTION Owner: UPPER MERION TOWNSHIP 175 West Valley Forge Road King of Prussia, PA 19406 Engineer: ARRO CONSULTING, INC. 1450 E. Boot Road, Ste 100B West Chester, PA 19380 Questions will be accepted until 3:00 P.M., prevailing time, on April 23, 2024; All questions must be submitted through electronically. The Contract will be subject to the Prevailing Minimum Wage Determination established by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Labor and Industry. Liquid Fuels funds will be utilized for funding of this project and all materials and work must conform to the most recent edition of PennDOT Publication 408 unless otherwise specified. Bidder must be PennDOT prequalified as a Prime Contractor as specified in Section 102.01 of Publication 408. The OWNER hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all Bidders, to reject any or all Bids and to waive any omissions, errors, or irregularities in any Bid.
