Description Fitness Equipment Preventive Maintenance, Service and Repair for various City-owned fitness equipment located at the Hurst Recreation Center and Hurst Senior Center. The successful Bidder will be awarded a twelve (12) month agreement. Prices must not be increased for the entire agreement period. At the City s option, the agreement may be renewed for four (4) additional twelve (12) month periods, then from month-to-month until a new agreement is established or the agreement is terminated.
