Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Harmony, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a educational facility.

Each Bid Must Be Accompanied by a Proposal Guaranty of Not Less Than Ten Percent (10%) of the Total of the Base Bid: and by a Non- Collusion Affidavit. Qualification Questionnaire. Project is Subject Applicable Provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. Act of August 15, 1961. P.l. 98/, as Amended and Supplemented. Owner Reserves the Right to Accept or Reject Any or All Bids or Parts Thereof or Items Therein and to Waive Any Informality in the Bidding. Prime Bidders Will Be Required to Register to Receive Notification of Addenda and Project Information Updates, and to Obtain Access Privileges to the Dfs Project Website. Scheduled Site Visits: Bidders Are Responsible to Visit the Site to Examine the Location and Existing Conditions of the Project.
