The purpose of this Solicitation is to evaluate and select a Company or Companies that can provide JEA Fleet Services with Maintenance and Repair Services and provide the best value to JEA (the "Work" or "Services"). "Best Value" means the highest overall value to JEA with regards to pricing, quality, design, and workmanship. This Request for Proposal (RFP) is for Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning repair services on a variety (i.e.., Chevrolet, Ford, ) of JEA Fleet Light and Medium Duty Assets. This includes, but is not limited to, routine corrective maintenance, with additional ad hoc services included. The intent is to award at minimum, a primary and secondary contract for Automotive HVAC System and Repair Services for three (3) years, with two optional one (1) year renewals, as bid results dictate. The secondary company being awarded will receive no less than twenty-five percent (25%) of the overall spend. It must be noted that quantities and percentages indicated reflect the approximate quantities to be purchased throughout the Contract period and are subject to fluctuation. JEA does not commit to any volume to either Primary or Secondary Contract Awardees. JEA reserves the right to adjust award percentage amounts and Award additional Contracts based on certain groupings of the Work items, or JEA may exclude certain Work items, if JEA determines that it is in its best interest to do so.
