Renovation of an educational facility in North Kingstown, Rhode Island. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Reference Number 0000355065 The project includes the following: The scope of work shall include the installation of a new addressable fire alarm system control panel, new signaling line circuits and notification appliance circuits, all class "A" wiring, audio/visual signals, smoke and heat detection, sprinkler and HVAC system monitoring, magnetic door holders, etc. as shown on the contract drawings. The new system shall be fully installed, programmed and tested per NFPA 72 and the Rhode Island Fire Safety Code. Upon completion and acceptance of the installation by the North Kingstown Fire Department, the existing system shall be removed in its entirety. Question Deadline 06/20/2024 at 5:00 PM ET Questions are submitted online No. Pre-Bid Questions must be submitted in writing to Architect. BID REQUIREMENT SUBMITTALS: o Copies of project team licenses, to include all subcontractors. o Copy of insurance (Spec Section 002500), bid bond (Spec Section 004113), payment bond (Spec Section 004313), and performance bond (Spec Section 006113). o Notarized RIDLT: RI Prevailing wage notification letter (Spec Section 006115). o Signed North Kingstown Administration notification letter (Spec Section 006114). o Completed MBE Certificate (Spec Section 003113). o Experience Sheet (Spec Section 000400). o Completed Bid Form (Spec Section 004113). Substantial Completion date of August 26, 2024 and a Final Completion date for Work of September 2, 2024
