completing roof replacement at Morin Heights, RI 3-1 and Veterans' Memorial, RI The work generally includes, but is not limited to the following: The scope of work, includes the removal and replacement of existing asphalt-shingle roof assemblies at nineteen (19) apartment buildings. Other incidental work shall include attic ventilation, bathroom exhaust ventilation and encapsulation of fascia/soffits/frieze boards with aluminum break metal. Bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Deposit that is not less than five percent (5%) of the bid amount and made payable to the Woonsocket Housing Authority. Bids are subject to prevailing wage rates as determined by the U.S. Secretary of Labor. Bids are subject to Equal Employment Opportunities, bonding requirements and other bidding and contract requirements as set forth in the construction documents.
