Site work for a water / sewer project in Adena, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Replacement or installation of 415 water meters throughout the Village. Provide Village with software and hardware to read the meters. The engineer will accept questions for this project until 4:00 pm on May 1, 2024 by submitting any questions in writing to mail@wequicksall.com or fax (330) 339-2227. Bids shall be subject to the condition that the right is reserved to hold bids for a period not longer than 60 days after date of opening and/or to award at any time during the period. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or to increase, to decrease or omit any item or items and/or to award to the lowest and responsible, responsive, bidder. The Owner also reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in the Bid received. A Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to Owner in an amount of 10% of Bidder's maximum Bid price (determined by adding the base bid and all alternates) if in the form of certified check or bank money order or for 100% of the bidders maximum bid price if in the form of a Bid bond issued by a surety meeting the requirements of Paragraph 6.01 of the General Conditions. Such Bid bond will be issued in the form included in the Bidding Documents. The number of days within which, or the dates by which, the Work is to be (a) substantially completed and (b) ready for final payment, and (c) Milestones (if any) are to be achieved, are set forth in the Agreement.
