Project includes removal of the wall and ceiling between two interior rooms, new paint, LED lighting, epoxy floor coating, updating electrical service, and the addition of a safety shower and eye wash station. Refer to the Project Manual and Drawings for a complete statement of the specifications and requirements. Project to be awarded as a single contract for "Project as a Whole". Performance and Public bonds required. Project to be ready to a point of final completion, including punch list items by December 13, 2024.
