Emanuel County Schools is looking for a General Contractor to construct an office space in our Technology and Food Service Building. The building is a recently constructed 50 X 100 steel building. The General Contractor will assume all responsibility for project construction cost by issuing a guaranteed maximum price(GMP). The GMP will be the contractual obligation.
