Reference Number 0000267722 The Nipissing-Parry Sound Catholic District School Board wishes to provide notice of the current tendering of the St. Joseph-Scollard Hall Catholic Secondary School - BMS Control Upgrade - Phase 2. The scope of work for this project includes but is not limited to: BMS Control Upgrades Upgrade entire building HVAC control infrastructure. Upgrade existing HVAC BMS control to accommodate new points. Upgrade and modify graphics package to accommodate all alterations and HVAC equipment sequence of operation. Upgrade existing mixing valves and valves/dampers actuators to the new system, provide all new sensors as shown on control diagrams. Reinsulate piping as required. Upgrade pneumatic control on existing A/H units. Reconnect all existing motors/starters (fans, pumps) to the new controller completed with all new wiring. Provide new temperature sensors and wiring. All pneumatic space wall thermostat shall be replaced with new electronic type complete with all wiring to control valves, VAV, by-pass and fan powered boxes, actuators, new heating fin radiation control valves. Replace existing control valves in fin radiations with new product complete with matching DDC temperature stat, control wiring of existing heating elements (fin radiation). Replace all isolation shut-off valves at heating elements - supply and return piping with new ball valves (fin radiation). Pricing Lump sum The Contractor shall furnish with their tender, a Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the contract amount.
