The City of North Miami Beach, Florida ("City") is seeking a qualified firm(s) ("CONTRACTOR") to submit a bid for the combined Wastewater Construction projects as outlined in Section 3.2 Scope of Services. The intent is to have a single contractor selected for both scopes to successfully complete the projects in a timely manner. The project is comprised of the following two scopes: (1) Bell Gardens Force Main Replacement (SEWR2007) and (2) Master Pumping Station #4 Force Main Re-routing (SEWR2002) project. Contract duration: 1 year A certified check, cashier's check, bank officer's check or bid bond for FIVE percent (5%) of the bid amount, made payable to the City North Miami Beach, Florida, shall accompany each proposal. Q & A deadline: May 10, 2024 3:00:00 PM EDT PERFORMANCE AND PAYMENT BOND Within ten (10) days of the award of contract, the Proposer shall provide the following surety bonds, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price, and issued by a properly licensed surety company, listed in the current issue of the Federal Register published by the Department of the Treasury, acceptable to the City of North Miami Beach. The City of North Miami Beach reserves the right to waive any informality in any or all bids and to reject any or all bids.
