Shirley School District Paving Upgrades at all Campuses Shirley, Arkansas The Shirley School District will accept sealed General Contractor Proposal (Bids) Packages for the Paving Upgrades at Shirley Schools, Shirley, Arkansas. Each individual Proposal / Bid Package shall be clearly identified with Contractor's name, address, and phone number; The Owner, unless designated to another entity, supervises the bidding and awarding of all construction contracts, approves contracts, change orders and requests for payment.
