Miami Shores Village, Florida (Village) is actively a seeking qualified, experienced, and licensed contractor to submit sealed bids to furnish all labor, equipment, materials, supervision, and expertise for connecting residential properties within the Shores Estates subdivision situated in the northeast quadrant of the Village, adjacent to US 1 and south of Northeast 107th Street from septic tanks to sewer, in accordance with the plans and specifications for this project, and in accordance with the requirements stated herein. The Miami Shores Village website is the preferred sourcing of notices, addenda, bids and other communications. The Village is not under any obligation and does not guarantee that prospective bidders will receive email notifications concerning the posting, amendments or the close of the solicitation. Prospective bidders are responsible for checking the Village website for information, addendum and updates concerning the solicitation. Unless otherwise noted, bid documents are available at no charge. Questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted in writing to bids@msvfl.gov no later than 5:00 p.m., Monday, May 13, 2024 Bidders shall submit one (1) original and two (2) copies of the submission in a sealed package. All copies should be on 8 1/2 " x 11" plain white paper, typed, and signed by an authorized representative who is able to contractually bind the contractor. In addition, Bidders must include one (1) original copy of the submission on USB electronic media in printable Adobe or Microsoft Word format (or other format approved by the Village). Miami Shores Village reserves the right to reject any and all submissions, to waive any and all irregularities in any submission, to solicit and re-advertise for bids and to make awards in the best interest of the Village.
