The project is to be financed by a grant from the Ohio Department of Development Brownfield Remediation Program. Attention of Bidders is particularly called to the Requirements as to conditions of Employment to be observed, Ohio prevailing wage rate, various insurance requirements, performance and payment bond and Equal Employment Opportunity. The Village of Belmont Village Council reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any formalities therein. No bidder may withdraw his/her bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
