Site work for a water / sewer project in Belmont, Ohio. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The selected firm will be awarded an initial one-year agreement. The agreement will have the option for one (1) two-year renewal, there will be an opportunity to make adjustments in the scheduled hourly rates at that time. The Belmont County Commissioners requests statements of qualifications from engineering firms interested in providing utility engineering services for the Belmont County Water and Sewer District on a retainer basis. The Board will select one candidate based on qualifications and familiarity with the district infrastructure. Engineering Services required under this contract include, but are not limited to: water/sanitary sewer line extensions; infrastructure upgrades/maintenance projects; capacity studies; cost estimates; preparation of bid documents; procurement (bidding) assistance; and feasibility studies. The Board intention is to retain engineering services for typical expansion and maintenance projects. Engineering services for larger scale projects will be advertised separately.
