PLEASE NOTE: Amendment 0001 published on 06/12/2024 This is a Service-Disabled Veterans Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside in accordance with Public Law 109-461. Solicitation 36C78624R0031 is being published by the Department of Veterans Affairs, National Cemetery Administration (NCA) to establish a pool of Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (MA-IDIQ) contracts for the Pacific District; hereafter referred to as the Pacific District (PCD) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) Pool. The purpose of the PCD MATOC Pool is to provide construction services to the district for maintenance & repair (M&R) projects, non-recurring maintenance (NRM) projects, and mini-minor (MM) projects. The nature of construction services the NCA will procure through task orders under this MATOC Pool will vary, requiring multiple NAICS codes to be assigned. In accordance with 13 CFR 121.402(c)(1)(ii), the NCA has divided these services into discrete categories, assigned each category a contract line-item number (CLIN), and assigned the most appropriate NAICS code with applicable size standard. A concern must meet the applicable small business size standard for each CLIN for which it seeks an award. All work performed under the PCD MATOC Pool will be within PCD geographic boundaries. See below map depicting NCA district boundaries: The NCA anticipates awarding approximately 10 MA-IDIQ contracts in the PCD MATOC Pool. The IDIQ contracts will be awarded using a Standard Form (SF) 33. Task orders will be awarded using a SF 1442 or VA form 2138.
