Renovation of a municipal facility in Jonesboro, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 27,000-square-foot, three-story above grade municipal facility.

Project scope consists of mechanical upgrades to the existing 27,000 SF Craighead County Courthouse Annex building. Upgrades include the change out of all existing mechanical equipment including approx. 60 heat pumps, package unit, cooling tower, and added pump and boiler at existing mechanical courtyard. Additional scope includes acoustical ceiling tile replacement for the entire facility and steel frame mechanical enclosure with mechanical louvers and access gates. Craighead County encourages all small, minority, and women business enterprises submit bids for capital improvements. Encouragement is also made to all general contractors that in the event they subcontract portions of their work, consideration is given to the identified groups. Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid must accompany each bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or to waive any formalities.
