Renovation of an educational facility in Jonesboro, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The project consists of corridor renovations to approximately 4,500 s.f. Trades involved in the renovations include demolition, aluminum storefront entries, aluminum framed insulated windows, suspended acoustical tile ceilings, LVT/P floor finishes, gypsum finishing and painting, hollow metal doors, and door hardware. Work includes HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection systems. Bid Security in the amount equal to 5 percent (5%) of the Bid submitted, and payable to the Construction Manager, Bailey Contractors, Inc., must accompany each Bid. Performance and Payment bond, equal to the Amount of the Contract, will be required of the bidder awarded the Contract (for successful bids that are in excess of $20,000.00). All bidders must conform to the requirements of the Arkansas Contractor's Licensing Board and shall be licensed before submitting a Bid No bidder may withdraw his Bid within thirty (30) days after the actual date of the opening there of. The Construction Manager and Owner reserve the right to reject any or all Bids, and to waive any formalities not bound by Arkansas statues
