The Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, tools, safety and lift equipment, as well as expertise, overhead and administration, insurance, bonding, and all necessary cleaning equipment, supplies, and materials to efficiently, effectively and satisfactorily perform glass cleaning services in the Airport Terminal Building at Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI Thurgood Marshall) in accordance with the technical provisions. NOTICE TO BIDDERS: This is a Small Business Reserve Procurement for which award will be limited to certified small business vendors. Only businesses that meet the statutory requirements set forth in State Finance and Procurement Article, 14-501 - 14-505, Annotated Code of Maryland, and that are certified by the Governor's Office of Small, Minority and Business Affairs, Small Business Reserve Program are eligible for award of a contract. There is no Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) subcontract participation goal for this project.
