Renovation of a residential development in Baltimore, Maryland. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
Scope of Work General: 1. Remove and properly dispose of all Trash, Debris and Scrap leftover. 2. Cover all furniture, goods and Residents belongings during process. 3. Supply all materials needed for drywall repair, finishing and subsequent painting. 4. Supply all underlayment needed for flooring repairs, where needed. 5. Rehab will provide all Vinyl Plank Laminate Flooring for job. 6. Final cleaning for all areas worked in. Flooring: 1. Remove all existing flooring. 2. Repair any and all damaged plywood underlayment. 3. Install Rehab supplied Vinyl Plank flooring throughout the entire unit. 4. Install new Thresholds where needed. 5. Install new quarter round through entire unit, caulk and paint. Painting/Drywall Repair: 1. Supply all materials to Paint the Entire Units to Include Walls and ceilings shall be painted with two finish coats eggshell latex. Kitchen and bathroom walls & ceilings shall receive a semi-gloss final finish coat. All doors, wood shelves, wood windows, baseboard, round and other wood trim shall receive a White semi-gloss final finish coat. Painting to include common areas: Foyer. The Contractor shall be responsible for all drywall repairs, point-up and resulting painting required, ensuring a high-quality finish that is acceptable to HABC Housing Management. Paint shall be Sherwin Williams Pro-Mar 200 in HABC Antique White color (or brand of equal color, finish, durability, etc.). The Contractor shall follow United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Lead-Based Paint Renovation, Repair and Painting (RRP) Program Rules..
