Site work and paving for a road / highway in Lawrence, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The work to be done under this contract includes: Street pavement rehabilitation and maintenance including, but not limited to, approximately 26,012 SY Milling, 116,599 SY Microsurfacing, 3,946 TON Asphalt Overlay, 3,449 TON Asphalt Patching, 1,776 SY Concrete Patching, 1,932 SY 6" Concrete, 1,700 SY 8" Concrete, 15,980 LF 24" Curb and Gutter, 1,078 SY 4" Concrete Sidewalk, 485 SY Concrete Access Ramps, Valve Box and Manhole Adjustments, Monument Box Installs and Adjustment, and Pavement Markings All questions and clarifications regarding this bid should be submitted only via email and directed to the City's purchasing department at purchasing@lawrenceks.org. The bid number shall be referenced in the email subject line. The questions deadline is April 22, 2024 - 5:00 pm Central Time Zone. All questions will receive an official written response from the City and will become addenda to this Bid. Sealed bids shall contain the Proposal Section (P-1 through P-7 and including attachments as necessary), all applicable signed Addendums, and attached Bid Bond. A Pre-bid meeting will not be held for this Project.
