The Architectural and Engineering services required include but are not necessarily limited to the following: Purpose The City of Coral Springs seeks to retain the most qualified and experienced team to provide architectural, engineering and other professional services required for development of a school potentially located at 2501 Coral Springs Drive known as the Coral Springs Gymnasium and/or surrounding parcels. Scope of Work The A/E Firm will provide all customary architectural and engineering design services, including the necessary documents, conferences, and presentations required by the City. A detailed scope of work will be developed during negotiation of the professional services agreement between the City and the selected A/E Firm. Anticipated tasks may consist, but not be limited to, the following. CITY reserves the right to reject any or all L.O.I.s, to waive any or all L.O.I.s received, to re-advertise for L.O.I.s, to award in whole or in part to one or more Proposers, or take any other such actions that may be deemed to be in the best interests of the CITY.
