The City seeks to retain the services from a skilled, experienced and qualified Holiday lighting and decorations contractor to provide a creative holiday lighting display for the Downtown/City Hall. Contractor shall be responsible for the provision, installation, and removal of holiday lights and decorations. The holiday lighting display shall feature an inclusive variety of symbolic holiday lights and decorations. Contractors are encouraged to submit proposals that are fresh, and vibrant in order to attract residents and visitors to the Downtown area and, to use creative ideas concepts while ensuring cohesiveness in the holiday theme and design of all lights and decorations in the Downtown/City Hall area. The last day to submit questions will be April 15, 2024, by 5:00p.m. Questions received after the stated date and time will not be addressed. The initial term of this contract shall be for the 2024 through the 2026 holiday season. The City will retain the option, at its sole discretion, to renew for one (1) additional three (3) year time periods for a cumulative total of six (6) years, using the same terms, conditions, and pricing of the original agreements provided that funds are available and appropriated by City's Commission. Contractors are strongly recommended to visit the site prior to submittal, in order to familiarize themselves with the project layout, and existing conditions. The Contractor shall be responsible for all means of setting up and relocating equipment to perform this work. CITY reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals, to waive any informalities or irregularities in any Proposals received, to re-advertise for Proposals, to award in whole or in part to one or more offeror's, or take any other such actions that may be deemed to be in the best interests of the CITY.
