Site work and paving for a road / highway in Lewisberry, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Sealed proposals are being requested by Lewisberry Borough for furnishing labor, materials, equipment, and performing all work in connection with the 2024 Heck Hill Road Improvement Project in Lewisberry Borough, York County. A bid bond in the form furnished in the contract documents or a certified check naming as oblige or payee Lewisberry Borough in the amount of five (5%) percent of the bid must accompany the sealed bids. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance and a payment bond each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price. All bids are required to meet prevailing wage rates as included in the specifications. Lewisberry Borough reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all bidders, to accept and to refuse and reject any or all bids submitted to waive any informalities and bids received, but any contract awarded will be to the lowest responsible bidder. No bid may be withdrawn by the bidder for sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids.
