Site work and paving for a civil project in Lewisberry, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Sealed proposals are being requested by Lewisberry Borough for furnishing labor, materials, equipment, and performing all work in connection with the improvements of South Street and Walnut Lane in Lewisberry Borough, York County. A bid bond in the form furnished in the contract documents or a certified check naming as obligee or payee Lewisberry Borough in the amount of five (5%) percent of the total bid must accompany the sealed bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance and a payment bond each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price. Bidders should refer to federal and state statutes, rules and regulations dealing with the prevention of environmental pollution and the preservation of public and natural resources pursuant to PA Act No. 1972-247. Contractor must be prequalified by online unless online has waived prequalification. Lewisberry Borough reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all bidders, to refuse and reject any or all bids submitted to waive any informalities and bids received, but any contract awarded will be to the lowest responsible bidder. No bid may be withdrawn by the bidder for sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids.
