Site work, new construction and renovation of a mixed-use development in Hollister, Missouri. Completed plans call for the construction of a 2,275-square-foot educational facility; for the renovation of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
The unified bids shall include all work included in the Contract Documents including, but not limited to the Civil, Structural, Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and General Scope of work for the project. The project consists of the following. Early Childhood Center Cafeteria, consists of the addition of a new single story 5,500 SF building to an existing educational building and light renovation of existing gymnasium interiors. The new addition includes associated support spaces such as restrooms, storage, and mechanical/electrical, and exterior patio area. Renovations to the gymnasium area include updated floor and finishes, removal of existing nonstructural wall and addition of bleacher seating. Middle School Hallway renovation, consists of Renovations to the corridors include new LVT flooring, vinyl base, new lockers (supplied by owner), addition of countertop work spaces, repainted walls, new ceilings and lighting, and new wood doors. This project also includes pricing for updated bathrooms, and new LVT flooring and painted walls in the cafeteria area. High School Hallway renovation, consists of Renovations to Renovations to the corridors include new carpet tile flooring, vinyl base, repainted walls, addition of countertop work spaces and benches and new ceilings and lighting. This project also includes pricing for updated bathrooms. Agricultural Education Building, consists of a new single story 2,275 SF agricultural education building with associated support spaces such as restroom, storage, and mechanical/electrical, and full educational kitchen and processing facilities. Tiger Activities Center, consists of a new single story 38,840 SF indoor turf practice facility with associated support spaces such as offices, restrooms, storage, and mechanical/electrical. Concessions/Locker Room, consists of the renovation of an existing 4,000 SF metal building. The conversion will include new concessions, locker room and associated support spaces such as restrooms, storage, and mechanical/electrical. The Hollister R-V School District reserves the right to award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder and to reject any or all bids and/or waive any technicalities or informalities in the bidding. The Strafford School District also hereby notifies all bidders that disadvantaged business owners will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation Bidders shall submit the Subcontractors and Major Equipment form included with the Bid form, by 5:00pm on August 3, 2024.
